Sandra Garrett is a search consultant with a decade of experience shaping and recruiting executive teams for startups backed by top-tier VC, private equity, and growth equity firms. In 2017, Sandra began consulting with a variety of search firms and in 2021, after four years of agency work, she incorporated Sandra Garrett Search, an independent operation that offered full-cycle executive search, TA best practices strategy, and pipeline development services for a wide range of search firms and corporate clients. Now, Sandra serves as Head of Talent for Downing Capital Group, advising on talent acquisition strategy for the Group’s portfolio companies as they continue to grow.
